DXDK-YC150 Particles of three edge sealing packing machine
技術(shù)特點(diǎn)：
制袋系列采用步進(jìn)電機(jī)細(xì)分技術(shù)，制袋精度高，誤差小于1毫米，
采用雙路控制的熱封機(jī)構(gòu)，溫度控制更精確，封合質(zhì)量更高，包裝材料更廣。
微電腦袋長(zhǎng)控制器，可任意設(shè)置袋長(zhǎng)而無(wú)須更換零件，并可預(yù)制計(jì)數(shù)，顯示包裝速度，袋長(zhǎng)等。
為了確保機(jī)器穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行，此設(shè)備有自動(dòng)停機(jī)并報(bào)警功能。當(dāng)：防護(hù)門(mén)打開(kāi)，光點(diǎn)不對(duì)正、包裝材料用盡、過(guò)載。
預(yù)置計(jì)數(shù)切刀可生產(chǎn)連包產(chǎn)品并且可按要求的數(shù)量切斷。
TECHNICAL FEATURES:
Adopt stepping motor control , more precise bag forming, length accuracy 1mm.
Two side heat sealing with PID temperture controller to have more accurate temperature control, more strong ssealing quality, more wide usage of packaging material.
Micro-computer processor to ensure the setting of the bag length without changing any parts, preset counter, bag length, packing speed indicator are the part of the function.
To ensure the perfect function , the unit automatically stop/alarm when:door open, photo mark misalingned , packing material used out, overloaded.
Pre-set cutter device, can pruduce chain bags with perforation cutting, and cut off every 6 or 12 pcs. according to clients requirement.
